  • Refunds are applicable only for the initial purchase and do not apply to renewals or additional purchases.
  • After the 14-day period, no refunds will be issued.

1.2 Refund Process

  • Once a refund request is received, we will review and process it within 7 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

2. Subscription Cancellation

2.2 No Partial Refunds for Subscription Cancellation
